5. Payments & Invoices

Payments are due as per the invoice or signed agreement.
Delayed payments may incur a late fee or suspension of services.
We reserve the right to withhold project files or access until all payments are cleared.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects may be cancelled with a formal written request.
If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
No refunds are given for services already rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
We do not guarantee specific business results unless stated in a signed agreement.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the affected service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information (business, marketing strategies, client data) secure and private.

9. Termination

We may terminate service if you breach these terms or misuse our services.
Upon termination, all unpaid dues must be cleared immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms
